Since I was was a child, I have experienced deep emotions and empathy for others. My experiences have molded me and helped me to realize that I can utilize my understanding of the world coupled with my empathy and intuition to support the growth of others.
Since 2014, I have provided culturally sensitive and LGBTQ+ Affirmative therapy to teens and adults across California. My approach is person-centered, which means that I take a person's mind, physical being, social self, spirituality and emotional health into consideration during treatment. I believe that working from this perspective allows me to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process and explore all of who you are.
