My Commitment to Accessible Care: Sliding Scale Fees
I believe quality therapy should be accessible to everyone. My practice offers a sliding scale, inspired by the "Green Bottle" framework by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, which invites you to honestly assess your financial reality and choose a fee that feels sustainable for you. This approach is rooted in trust and recognizes that systemic inequalities create real barriers to care.

Finding the Rate That Fits You:
Here’s a simple guide to help you choose the fee that best aligns with where you are right now.

-
Full Contribution: $165 per session
-
This rate is for you if you're living comfortably, easily meeting your basic needs with little financial stress. You might have steady employment or not need to work, enjoy savings, and have extra income for things like vacations or other non-essentials. Your payment at this rate directly supports my practice, allowing me to offer reduced rates to others who need them.

-
Community Rate: $145 per session
-
This rate is for you if you're generally meeting your basic needs, but you might feel some occasional financial stress. You may have some debt that doesn't stop you from affording necessities, and your extra income is a bit more limited. Paying this rate makes therapy accessible for you without causing significant strain.
-

-
Supported Rate: $130 per session (Short-Term Offering)
-
This rate is for you if you frequently stress about meeting your basic needs and often struggle to cover them. You might have debt that truly impacts your ability to afford housing, food, or healthcare, and you have very limited to no savings or extra income.
-
Please note: This specific rate is offered through a limited number of short-term, focused therapy sessions (typically 6–10 sessions). These are designed for those experiencing acute hardship or needing support during a specific life transition. These spots are limited and available by request.
-

Unsure Which Tier Applies to You?
If you're unsure, please don't hesitate to reach out. I trust you to choose the rate that most reflects your current circumstances, and I'm genuinely happy to talk through options with you.
Important Note on Reduced Rate Availability
Please know, these reduced-rate spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If they're currently full, we can discuss adding you to a waitlist or I can offer referrals to other trusted resources.

Insurance & Self-Pay

I am currently in-network with:

-
Aetna
-
Optum
-
Optum Live & Work Well (EAP)

If your insurance is not listed above and you have a PPO, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can give to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Most of my clients opt out of their insurance benefits for mental health services because Insurance companies are able to track, view, and discuss any progress notes or diagnosis. If you are seeking an extra layer of privacy then self-pay may be the best option to pay for services.
